Store Policies

WARRANTY:
All products manufactured by GN Batteries are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship.  Our products are guaranteed to function properly when used according to normal good practice.  GN Batteries provides warranty that covers manufacturer defects, starting from the shipping date.  The warranty does not cover defects caused by alteration, modification, repair, misuse of product or physical abuse of product.  Any permanent markings on product will void the warranty.  Defective product will only be replaced after the original product is returned and evaluated.  Return must be assigned with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before the product is return to our warehouse.  Please review our return policy for more details.


Batteries:  Battery packs made of Japanese cells are covered with 1 Year Warranty.  Other brand name cells are covered with 6 Months Warranty.  Promation items may have different warranty policy.

Chargers:  Battery chargers are covered with 1 Year Warranty (except cell phone chargers).

Accessories (battery clips, cell phone chargers, etc.):  Accessories are covered with 90 Days Warranty



RETURN POLICY:
All returns must be assigned with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before the product is return to our warehouse.  To obtain a RMA number, please call us at (909)598-1919 or email to info@gnbatteries.com.  RMA number is only valid for 14 days and GN Batteries must receive the return item within the 14 days.  The RMA number should be included on the return package.  Purchaser is responsible for all the shipping expenses (unless wrong merchandise was shipped).  Return product may subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the situation and condition of the return item.  A brief description about the nature of problem accompanying the return merchandise will be helpful.
